Refund policy

The first class is free for every student, so no family ever pays before hearing exactly what our classes are like. The best refund policy is not needing one.

If you've bought a pack and tell us before the student's second paid class, we refund all unused classes in full — no questions, no forms, just the same payment route the money came in by.

After the second class, we refund unused classes at 50% of their per-class price. The other half covers the guru's reserved weekly slot, which we hold exclusively for your child.

If you're stopping because something was wrong with the teaching itself, tell us — where the fault is ours, we refund unused classes in full and say thank you for the honesty.

Any class a guru cancels is returned to your pack automatically. If we ever discontinue a course entirely, every unused class is refunded in full.

Refunds go back by the method you paid with — UPI or card in India, card or PayPal internationally — within 7 working days of our confirmation, in the currency you paid in.
